The Sea Eagle 370 Inflatable Kayak.
Our Newest Sea Eagle Kayak!

We're excited to introduce you to our newest Sea Eagle.... the brand new Sea Eagle 370 Sport Kayak.... which was introduced May 8th, 2008.This brand new model includes the new and improved Sea Eagle Jet-Boat Deluxe Kayak Seats that we brag about as well as the newly designed AB30 7'10" 4-Piece Pack Paddle..The 370 is 14" longer which resolves a Sea Eagle 330 Pro legroom issue created by the new Pro Jet-Boat Deluxe Kayak Seats offered in the Sea Eagle 330 which each take 4" more of the valuable interior space of the Sea Eagle 330 making the Sea Eagle 330 Pro a poor choice for oversize passengers.Sea Eagle has solved that legroom issue with the roomy, easy paddling, and stable Sea Eagle 370 Pro inflatable kayak!
Tim's Review
First impressions of the new Sea Eagle 370 Pro Kayak....
The Sea Eagle factory was kind enough to UPS Express one of the first brand new Sea Eagle 370 Pro inflatable kayaks to InflatableBoats 4Less for testing shortly after their introduction. On the road at the time we immediately detoured to Farm Island State Park just east of Pierre, SD to run the new Sea Eagle 370 Pro kayak through some tests. We found a vacant camping spot on the sandy shore of the Missouri River and got started. Don't let the pictures above fool you...testing is hard work...but someone has to do it!
All of our Sea Eagle boat tests follow the same formula that we recommend to new owners of Sea Eagle Sport Kayak.
Take a look at that formula:
Captain Tim's Tips
Inflate your boat in your living room and leave inflated 24 hours before use. This avoids last minute emergencies and/or embarrassment while assembling your spanking new boat in front of an audience for the very first time.
Inflate side pontoons slightly tighter than instructions call for. Over inflation of the floor can lead to instability. Proper inflation is achieved when you have 3/4 inch deflection when you push down on boat fabric with your thumb. Close enough is not good enough! A limp inflatable will ruin a good time.
Arrange a brief shake down cruise in nearby calm water with easy access. Each paddler should paddle alone for a few minutes to learn how your new boat handles before trying it with two paddlers. To ease entry to boat lay paddle across boat side to side and steady yourself by leaning on center of paddle and then stepping into center of boat. It's much easier to enter then to exit. Practice both entry and exit until comfortable. It's much easier to straddle the kayak and lower yourself into your seat..if the water is warm.Water shoes or sandals recommended. Hold the paddle at shoulder width. When grasping the paddle you should be looking at the back of your hands...never fingers! Point the paddle tip at a spot in the water in front of you and pull through to your waist which will bring your opposite paddle into position to point and pull through the water on the opposite side. If you're hitting the side of the kayak return to basics. Remember to point and pull.
Remember to smile. Even if you're having a rotten time the people watching from shore are envious. Don't ruin their good time! Carry a sponge or micro-fiber towel to keep the floor dry.
Enjoy and happy paddling.
Review Cont....
Our first order of business was to pull the two boxes in which the Sea Eagle 370 shipped out of the storage bay of our motorhome and inflate. Like all Sea Eagle boat shipments the boxes were sturdy enough to withstand the abuses of the common carriers. I noticed immediately that although larger and slightly heavier than the Sea Eagle 330 the new Sea Eagle 370 packs down to nearly the same size. Inflation and assembly went quickly with the included foot pump and with the 24 hour inflation test behind us it was time to launch. I went first solo paddling from the center position. It's hard not to miss the extra room stretching out in front and behind me but what most impressed me was that the new Sea Eagle 370 Pro was much easier to paddle than the shorter Sea Eagle 330 and tracking was much improved. I'm very impressed with the tracking. Not surprising, I guess, given that the Sea Eagle 370 is 14" longer on the waterline! I was very comfortable paddling solo and would recommend the Sea eagle 370 Pro kayak to anyone planning on exclusive solo paddling! Now it was Crystal's turn to familiarize herself with the longer Sea Eagle 370.
With both of us now used to the feel of the new Sea Eagle 370 Kayak we loaded our dry bags aboard and climbed in for a half day paddle. We felt very stable and continued to remark to each other how much easier the Sea Eagle 370 Pro kayak paddled than the shorter Sea Eagle 330 and Captain Tim especially appreciated the improved tracking. It was much easier to keep the nose pointed straight! A fact that would become important later in the day!
As so often happens in South Dakota the clouds rolled in and the wind picked up and we had a couple of miles left to get back to the take out point. And against a strong wind in increasingly larger waves! We both pulled hard on the new AB30 7'10" 4-Piece Pack Paddles and I began to really appreciate the improved tracking. We needed to get back as quickly as the weather worsened and the Sea Eagle 370 was up to it! After one day on the water we felt that the $299 Sea Eagle 370 Pro Kayak rivals the $1000 Sea Eagle 380 Explorer kayak in handling and stability.
The next day the sun returned and we did some beach time and, as the pictures above attest, the Sea Eagle 370 Pro is also an excellent and comfortable beach toy. I turned it over and found I had a huge 12'6" air mattress!
Bottom line...You'll be pleased "

P.S. And you have been pleased... as these emails attest:
Tim and Crystal,
"We used our new Sea Eagle 370 Pro Kayak for the first time Monday going down the Delaware River 10 miles! It was awsome! So much fun. I would recommend the Sea Eagle 370 Pro kayak to anyone who is looking to have a great time!"

"I received the boat yesterday in what must be record delivery time of any item I have ordered off the net. I assembled it today and it is everything your ad said it was. It looks great, assembles easily and all the parts fit nicely in the bags. I can not wait for the first nice warm day and get it out on the water. Just wanted you know I was very pleased with the item, the delivery and your service. Thank you so much."
"No questions, just compliments. It is very rare in this day to recieve an ordered item and have it be BETTER than I could have expected!!! I ordered your SeaEagle 330 "SOLO" package and the entire experience, especially including the quality, FAR exceeded my expectations! Kudos on being the real deal!! Thank you! I will be doing business with you again."

The Sea Eagle 330 is a great combination of low price, high quality, and fun! I’m continually surprised by the positive customer feedback the Sea Eagle 330 garners.
“We plan our vacations so we can use our Sea Eagle 330 Canoe."
" We take our Sea Eagle 330 and a bottle of wine and watch the sunset while floating in our Sea Eagle 330.”
. . . I hear comments like these every day.

When I grab a Sea Eagle 370 for a couple of hours on the water I have always used the Deluxe Kayak Seat for back support. Our Sea Eagle 370 Pro Boat'N'Bag includes two Deluxe Kayak Seats that we like to call Jet-Boat Bucket-Seats cause that's they way they look...and that's they way they feel! These new Deluxe Kayak Seats offer you our very best back support....ever! Wonderful back support actually! I tested our new Jet Boat Bucket Seat against our top of the line $95 Tall Back Kayak Seat found on our $1000 kayaks and found that our new Deluxe Kayak Seats Jet Boat Bucket seat is just as good and maybe just a little better...! The Deluxe Kayak Seats also spread the 370 kayak increasing it's width and provides increased lateral support for the boat. I wouldn't use the 370 without a nifty inflatable Deluxe Kayak Seat! This seat is $49 when purchased separately so the BOAT'N'BAG Package is indeed a great deal
If you're tempted by the Sea Eagle 330 Pro's lower price read below!
The Sea Eagle 330 Pro Boat'N'Bag is only recommeded for two below average size paddlers. If you're larger that average pick the Sea Eagle 370 Pro Boat'N'Bag. What's average. Hard to tell. I'm 5'10" and 200 pounds and Crystal is 5'2" and 120 pounds and we can just fit into the Sea Eagle 330 Pro. We wouldn't be comfortable for more than a couple of hours. We are much more comfortable in the Sea Eagle 370 Pro inflatable kayak.
We really like these DKS Seats for the 370...Crystal even uses her Deluxe Kayak seat on the beach while reading!
A Note about seats:
Sea Eagle has two option groups for the Sea Eagle Kayak. The entry level Deluxe option package includes two SEC Canoe Seats while the Sea Eagle 30 Pro option group includes these new Jet-Boat Bucket Seat (Sea Eagle calls them Deluxe Kayak Seats to confuse you). The SEC Canoes Seats found in the Deluxe Option package provide very little back support. We would never consider a day on the water with the SEC Canoe Seats.

Our advice... Order the Sea Eagle Pro Option just for this seat...!
All of the "Specials" listed in the MIX and Match
column to the right include the
new Jet Boat Bucket Seats (Deluxe Kayak seats)! ►
PADDLE TALK..."Sea Eagle has made the paddle choice simple. The AB30 is a 7'10" 4-Piece "Pack Paddle" and is included in all of the Sea Eagle option groups. There is no other paddle available for the Sea Eagle Sport Boats...the Sea Eagle 330 and Sea Eagle 370.Also in included in all option groups is the SB2 Boat Carry Bag which is big enough to easily carry all your stuff. So...the only difference in the 2 Sea Eagle Option packages (bottom of page) are the seats. But that's a big difference!
New to our Sea Eagle Sport Boats, the Sea Eagle 330 and the Sea Eagle 370 are the AB30 7'10" double-end asymmetrical "Sweet Spot" Paddles with improved swing weight. The 4-Part "Sweet-Spot" paddle provides more reach which maximizes the power from your stroke and helps move our Sport Boats into your sweet spot. The Fibyrlon curved blade paddles are longer, stronger, yet weigh less..sweet!"

Sea Eagle 370SE Inflatable Kayak
Imagine taking our Sea Eagle 370 paddling on a scenic lake or running a white water river? This inflatable kayak can take you there. It will hold 650 pounds, but only weighs 32 lbs. itself. It will carry two adults and gear, but only needs one adult to carry it to the water.
The SE-370 inflatable canoe packs down to fit in a storage bag, but has cargo space for camping supplies for several days. An inflatable canoe can be used for fishing, yacht tending or skin diving. For river runners, the Sea Eagle 370 can take you down up to class three whitewater. In many ways, this is the easiest to use, the most versatile and the most fun inflatable canoe that we sell.
The Sea Eagle 370 inflatable canoe features an extra thick 38 mil Polykrylar hull, and a I-beam construction floor for extra rigidity, inflatable spray skirts, middle and rear removable inflatable seats front and rear rope handles and a self-bailing drain valve (a handy feature on white water rivers or in ocean surf).
Now the Sea Eagle 370 has two built in skegs for even better directional stability! We've also added a deluxe one way valve on the floor for easier inflation and deflation.
Two skegs for tracking and speed

Tracking is very important in a kayak. Inflatable kayaks need skegs to track smoothly across the water - otherwise your paddling effort is wasted.
Cheaper competitive boats without rear skegs just weave and wander across the water, wasting your paddling effort. The Sea Eagle 370 features two molded skegs - just like a surf board - so you go faster and further with less paddling effort.

High Frequency Welded Seams
The Sea Eagle 370 has seams that are welded with 10,000 volts of power, fusing the material into one solid structure. This gives us the confidence to cover the SE-370 with a 3 year warranty.
What Sea Eagle Customers say:
I'm extremely pleased with the Sea Eagle SE330 Inflatable Kayak. I have used in in my local lake as well as the river and canal. It tracks very well in large bodies of water and is easy to steer in small water ways. I recommend it highly to all and receive many compliments and interest whenever I use it. Thanks for a great product.

I am writing to praise the Sea Eagle 330 I used to paddle 700 miles of the Mackenzie River in the wilderness of Canada’s Northwest Territories. I encountered smooth water and whitecaps, clear skies and rain, sand and (more often than not)coarse gravel, stones, and splintered driftwood on the banks.
My Sea Eagle performed splendidly in every hazard I could not avoid. I enthusiastically endorse this inflatable canoe for wilderness travel.

The Sea Eagle 330 has been absolutely perfect. When we leave we fold it up and store in an RV compartment.
